Kate has been a broadcast media and digital marketing professional for over 15 years. Kate started her film and radio career in Seattle, producing a morning talk show before moving to Washington, DC where she works in documentary filmmaking, news radio and digital communication.      

Kate launched her digital marketing and communications firm Lighthouse Digital Results last year helping organizations across the country in their online growth with a special focus on small businesses and social media management.

Kate is a recipient of the RIAS journalism fellowship where her work has received both Telly and Pollie awards. In her spare time, Kate volunteers with local non-profits and writes for several women's magazines.
