As Senior Director of Course Strategy, Rachel oversees a team of 20+ learning designers who work with faculty and leadership from 2U’s university partner programs to help them design effective digital delivery strategies for their courses and degrees. Prior to joining 2U in March of 2016, Rachel’s career included overseeing educational programming for children and teens at the American Library in Paris, on-campus recruitment for a multi-billion dollar global investment firm, directing operations and curriculum development for the American Sommelier Association, and managing talent and operations for a global health consultancy. Rachel graduated from Princeton University in 2004 with an undergraduate degree in history and theater; and is currently a candidate for a Master’s of Science in Education online at Indiana University - Bloomington.
