Quentin S. Addison started his broadcasting career as a part time employee with Washington Sports & Entertainment. As a part time employee he worked as a Video Op, Tape Op, Camera Op, Replay Op, Font Assist, Utility, Technical Director and In-game Director. After 5 years of working as a part time employee, Quentin was hired as a full time employee by Washington Sports & Entertainment. After a change in ownership (Monumental Sports & Entertainment) he was promoted to Director of Game Entertainment. In this role he oversaw the Game Presentation for the Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals and Washington Mystics. A few years later, he received another promotion and became the Director of Technical & Broadcast Operations. He now serves as the VP of Technical & Broadcast Operations for Monumental Sports & Entertainment. Quentin currently oversees Capital One Arena and works closely with the Practice Facilities for the Washington Capitals(VA), Washington Wizards, Mystics and Capital City GoGo(DC), Baltimore Brigade(MD), Washington Valor(MD)and Wizards District Gaming Offices(DC). In his current role he has had to support the NBA, WNBA, NHL, NFL, WIHS, UFC, MLS, MLB, ATP, WWE, Pro Boxing, Pro Bull Riding, Pro Climbing Championships, Pro Decathlons, NCAA Basketball, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Volleyball, Comedy Shows, Stage Plays, Presidential Events, Musical Shows, High School Sports and more... In the past 3 years he's taken on the responsibility of Producing and Securing the artist for the Wizards' Friday Night Concert Series. Quentin believes that there's no time to stop learning or thinking ahead in the field of Technical and Broadcast Operations.
