Maryland native Carmen Frazier was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD. She attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she graduated in 2014 with a major English and minor in telecommunication. That same year she went out to work as the Morning News Producer for Good Morning Delmarva at WMDT (ABC affiliate) in Salisbury, MD. In 2016 she began working as an Associate Producer for the 11PM evening news cast at WMAR (ABC affiliate) in Baltimore, MD. In 2018 she made the move back to the DMV area and began working at WJLA 24/7 News (ABC affiliate) as a Good Morning Washington Producer. When she is not working in the newsroom she volunteers at high school alma mater as the Watkins Mill Booster Club's alumni committee chair and social media manger. She also works with Montgomery County Media to help bring them new content for viewers. In 2017 Carmen started her own custom made t-shirt printing company called Make A Statement Tshirt.
