Eric Kehl is the Audio/Visual Specialist for the Southold Union Free School District. Eric performs technical work in maintaining, repairing, and operating audiovisual equipment throughout the district. He has been involved with SOHO TV News since the program's inception, specifically securing and maintaining the necessary technology for the studio and editing rooms. He manages all of SOHO TV's online presences and works daily to increase the visibility of SOHO TV in the local community. In addition to his work at Southold, Eric is the resident Lighting Designer and Assistant Director of Operations at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center. He has designed lights for many accomplished artists, including: Jason Mraz, Sarah McLachlan, Melissa Etheridge, and Buddy Guy. In his free time, Eric volunteers at Westhampton Ambulance as an EMT. He has served as Chief of the Ambulance for 5 years and currently serves as the District Treasurer. He is passionate about keeping schools on the cutting edge of technology and preparing children for a future in the 21st century job market. Eric is currently pursuing advanced education in Business Management with a focus in Information Systems.
