Jason Wesnofske is a technology teacher in the Southold School District, located on the East End of Long Island. He has been teaching for 13 years. In 2014, Jason and an English teacher, Jim Stahl, launched the school’s first broadcast media outlet, SOHO TV. Since its inception, SOHO TV has become a success in the community, in part because of its student-centered and project-based learning approach. Each year, the school district co-hosts the Broadcast Awards for Senior High School (B.A.S.H.) event where Long Island school districts submit packages to be judged on by professionals in the field. Jason has also presented in the ASSET conference in Huntington, NY. He currently resides on the East End of Long Island with his wife, Christina, and their two children, Grace and Thomas.
