Cathie Saadeh is a Maryland-based entertainment attorney who provides legal advice to producers, filmmakers, musicians, writers, and creative businesses on a range of production, contract, intellectual property, and business law matters through her firm, Saadeh P.C. From 2009 to 2018, Cathie served as General Counsel of a financial technology and consulting company. Previously, she practiced law in two international law firms and at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She also worked as a journalist and served as an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center. Cathie currently serves on the Board of Directors of Women in Film & Video and volunteers with the Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts. She is a member of the Association of Media & Entertainment Counsel and the Hollywood Radio & Television Society. Cathie graduated from Harvard Law School and The George Washington University.
