Paul Marengo is the Chief Executive Officer of Promethean Fundraising, a small boutique consulting firm that helps grassroots arts organizations become more competitive fundraisers. Mr. Marengo has 26+ years in non-profit organizational development. In his career, Paul has been the Executive Director for DC Film Alliance; the Managing Director for the Asian Pacific American Film Festival and Reel Affirmations as well as the Volunteer Coordinator for the DC Independent Film Festival. FilmFest DC, and the Double Exposure Film Festival. In addition, Paul has been the Theater Manager for the Washington Jewish Film Festival and the DC Underground Film Festival. Lastly, Paul has been a film judge and reviewer for festivals such as the DC Black Film Festival, the SmartPhilm Festival, and the NYC Independent Film Festival.
