Ernie Beck is the President of Capture Design Group, LLC, and AV/IT Design & Consulting practice based in Baltimore, MD. He's been in the commercial audiovisual space for the past 10 years and is an active AVIXA CTS-D holder. Ernie is also the Founder of Integrate Baltimore, a non-profit focused on mentoring and educating career-age students in Baltimore City about the opportunities in the Pro-AV market. Integrate is known for hosting student/professional networking mixers, educational seminars, and providing micro-grants for AVIXA memberships and show travel.
